Can I change or cancel my booking?+
Yes. Contact us with your booking reference. Free cancellation up to 24 h before pickup; changes subject to availability.
Do you offer arrivals hall meet & greet?+
Yes — meet & greet with a personalised name sign is included in the fare: your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall. You can set the sign text in the Details step.
How long will my chauffeur wait at the airport?+
60 minutes are included after your flight's actual landing time. Beyond that, an hourly surcharge may apply — we always inform you in advance.
Is the displayed price really fixed?+
Yes. The fare covers the trip, tolls and standard luggage. No surcharge for traffic or time of day. Options (return, child seat, extra stop) are shown before payment; the name-sign welcome is included.
Is there a discount for long distances?+
Yes. Beyond 100 km, the per-km rate is automatically reduced (approx. −10 %). Ideal for Brussels → Paris, Amsterdam or Luxembourg.
