Your chauffeur when you land at Brussels Airport (BRU)
We watch your flight rather than the timetable: an early landing or a two-hour delay simply moves the pickup. The first 60 minutes after touchdown are free, and your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name sign instead of texting you from a car park.
The run to Leuven is driven in a Mercedes sedan or an eight-seat executive van, with luggage assistance and child seats on request. Tolls, fuel, airport parking and VAT are included — nothing is added on arrival.
Terminals and access roads
Brussels Airport (Zaventem) sits 12 km north-east of the city: arrivals on level 2, departures on level 3. We meet you inside the arrivals hall rather than in a distant car park. Access runs via the R0 ring and the E40 — between 07:00 and 09:00 and again from 16:00 to 18:30 we add 20 to 30 minutes of buffer.
From baggage reclaim to your door
The Brussels Airport (BRU) → Leuven leg (20 km, 18 min) runs via the E40, E19 or the Brussels ring — depending on the hour. Between 07:00–09:00 and 16:00–18:30 we avoid the R0 when we can.
Low-emission zones and temporary diversions are built into our planning — you pay the agreed price even if we take an alternate route.
Duration, distance and buffer
Allow 18 min for 20 km in normal conditions. We monitor traffic live and adjust the route when needed.
