Level 3 drop-off, right at the desks
We drop you in the level 3 kiss-and-ride zone, facing the check-in desks. The driver unloads the bags onto the trolley and you walk straight into the terminal.
At the other end, cases are loaded at your door — nothing to drag to a bus stop or a station platform.
Which pickup time to choose
Be at the terminal two hours before a Schengen flight, two and a half to three hours for long-haul or a peak-season departure. We work back from that time using real driving times.
Between 07:00 and 09:00 the R0 ring and the E40 easily add 20 to 30 minutes: that sits in the calculation rather than being discovered on the road.
Timing Brussels (centre) → Brussels Airport (BRU)
Allow 13 min for 14 km, check-in buffer excluded. The fixed fare covers tolls, fuel, airport parking and VAT whether the road is clear or not.
