By booking our services through this website, by email or by telephone, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking agreement
By booking a service through our website, by email or by telephone, you enter into a contract with Brussels Airport Taxi, subject to these terms and conditions.
You must provide accurate information for your booking: pickup and destination addresses, date and time, flight details where applicable, and contact information.
2. Services and rates
Our rates cover private transportation in our premium fleet (or similar vehicles provided by our trusted partners). Passengers travel directly to their destination.
Quoted prices for airport transfers are generally fixed and inclusive of applicable taxes and tolls for standard routes. Significant deviations (extra stops, changed destination) may incur additional charges (see point 7).
3. Payment
You can pay for your ride in two ways:
- Online at the time of booking, 100% securely via Stripe (card or Bancontact). Your payment data is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
- Directly to the driver, in cash or by card. No surcharge is applied for card payments on board.
- For corporate accounts or invoiced services, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
4. Cancellation and changes by the customer
To cancel or change a booking, contact us by email by replying to your confirmation, or via our dispatch. Verbal cancellations to a driver are not valid.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Changes (date, time, destination) are possible subject to availability.
- A booking cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or a no-show, may be charged in full.
5. Booking modifications
If you need to modify your booking (time, date, address), contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Significant changes may be subject to price adjustments or the cancellation policy in point 4.
6. Pickups, flight delays and waiting times
For airport pickups, we track your flight's arrival in real time: the pickup time adjusts automatically to early or delayed arrivals, at no extra cost. Included waiting time starts at the actual landing.
Beyond the included waiting time, a waiting fee applies based on the hourly rate of the booked vehicle; we always inform you in advance.
- Airport: 60 minutes of waiting included after your flight's actual landing.
- Standard addresses: please be ready at the scheduled time (a few minutes of courtesy included).
- It is your responsibility to reach the driver at the meeting point stated in your confirmation.
7. Deviations and additional charges
Any requested deviation from the booked service (extra stops, detours, transport of undeclared oversized luggage) can be arranged by mutual agreement and may incur additional charges.
The customer is informed of any potential additional costs in advance where possible.
8. Transportation responsibility
Brussels Airport Taxi makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely arrival. The customer remains responsible for allowing sufficient time, especially for departures.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or incidents beyond our control (severe congestion, road closures, accidents, extreme weather).
9. Changes or cancellations by us
Brussels Airport Taxi reserves the right to cancel or change a booking due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund if payment was made.
10. Conduct and vehicle condition
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. The driver may refuse transport to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior threatens the driver, vehicle or other passengers.
Any damage or soiling of the vehicle is the customer's responsibility. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and alcohol consumption are prohibited in all vehicles.
11. Luggage
Please inform us at booking if you travel with a large amount of luggage or oversized items (skis, golf bags, foldable wheelchair).
We reserve the right to refuse undeclared items that compromise safety or capacity, or to apply a surcharge if a larger vehicle is required.
12. Child seats and seatbelts
Child seats and boosters are provided free of charge when requested during booking, subject to availability.
Wearing a seatbelt is legally required in Belgium for all passengers, who are individually responsible.
13. Customer reachability
A working mobile phone number (with country code) is required so the main passenger can be reached at pickup.
If the passenger is unreachable and does not appear at the meeting point within the included waiting time, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
14. Complaints
Any complaint regarding our services or invoices must be submitted in writing (email to info@brusselsairport.taxi) as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of the service or invoice date.
15. Data protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected during booking is used solely to provide our services and for communication related to your booking. See our privacy policy for more.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
17. Amendments
Brussels Airport Taxi reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those published on the website at the time of your booking.
