- An operator will check your request and the availability of a driver and vehicle for the desired date and time.
- Processing is usually completed within 30 minutes (with a maximum guaranteed time of 24 hours).
- A second email will be sent to you to definitively confirm your booking. In rare cases, we may contact you for additional information or to propose an alternative.

Pre-Paid Bookings
The email you received after payment is your final booking confirmation. No other confirmation email will be sent. If you have any questions, you can call our dispatch center.

If your request is for a trip in less than 24 hours, it is essential to contact our dispatch center by phone to be certain of availability. Please note that the price may change, as online prices are preferential rates with significant discounts. Our dispatch center will inform you of any changes in the fare.
